The Pullo Center Box Office is currently open Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We are located in the lobby of the Mezzanine/3rd floor of the Pullo Center.

Please have a photo I.D. ready when picking up tickets at the Box Office. Will Call is located at the box office on the 3rd floor of the Pullo Center. The Box Office is open 2 hours prior to the performance, and remains open through the start of the show.

In the event of inclement weather, there are no refunds or exchanges if a performance goes on as scheduled. Plan to leave home early to allow ample time to arrive. The Pullo Center will make every effort to notify you in case of a cancellation. Please check the main page of our website or call our Box Office for frequent updates during inclement weather.
The Pullo Center is not responsible for, and cannot vouch for the authenticity of tickets purchased through any source other than the Pullo Center box office or our ticketing website. Counterfeit, duplicate, and other invalid tickets will not be honored, reprinted, refunded or exchanged by the theatre. Please use caution.
Ample, well-lit parking is available for free on the Penn State York Campus for all performances. Arrive early if you are in need of accessible parking. Accessible parking is available on our upper and lower parking lots.
When to Arrive:
Allow yourself ample time to park and get to the theatre. Doors typically open for seating 30 minutes prior to show time, and the lobby areas are open at least 2 hours prior to show time.
All cell phones and electronic devices must be silenced or turned off during all performances.
